OUR CLIENT:               CSW/ST2CSW/Stuber-Stroeh Engineering Group

Website: http://www.cswst2.com/

Established in 1954, CSW/ST2 is one of the largest Civil Engineering and related discipline firms in the North Bay and is known for our creative, cost-effective designs and practical, workable solutions to design challenges. Clients include residential and commercial developers, local and national corporations, public and private primary schools, colleges and universities, medical and research institutions, architects, homeowners, and municipal, state and federal agencies.

We seek a CEO-President to continue to lead and grow the company in the changing and challenging consulting environment that defines the twenty first century.  We expect the new CEO-President to have significant latitude in defining the services offered, the degree of specialization, and defining the operating and financial goal for the company and the next generation of managers and employees.

This is a salaried, full time position with benefits.

The position is posted here: http://www.lockeandkey.com/jobs/JobOpenings/job_opening_176.php

  • Establish and maintain the annual strategic financial objectives, goals and budget.
  • Develop business development plan and budget.
  • Grow revenues, reaching out to CSW’s internal network of clients and contacts, as well as establishing new relationships and potential revenue sources.

However, the opportunity to remain active in engineering work and continue actively participating in project work while maintaining overall responsibility for company growth and financial success exists.
  • Have the ability to articulate concepts, and provide a liaison between clients and staff, leaving the client the impression that you have not stepped away after winning a job, but letting the project managers/designers do what they do best, including client coordination and management.
