Form4 Architecture is an exciting, well-established San Francisco design focused practice with over 140 National and International Design awards, coupled with guest exhibits at Venice Biennale, and is a winner of the 2017 American Prize for Architecture. We are a boutique-sized practice that values balance in all aspects of the firm to deliver innovation and quality while always keeping an eye of the importance of servicing our clients well. We specialize in multiple market sectors including workplace architecture and interiors, civic, mixed-use, master planning, residential and sports.

 

Our firm is currently in an extended, exciting, growth phase of its evolution, and we encourage talented and highly motivated individuals to bring their enthusiasm to bear on assisting in building this unique and challenging role within our firm.

 

This is a new position. We seek a Marketing Support Coordinator to provide in-house graphics support for our marketing, public relations and project graphics.

SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:        

We are seeking a well-organized, creative professional to provide in-house graphics for our marketing, public relations and project graphics. The qualified individual will primarily report to the Design Principal, and will broadly split time 50/50 between Design Principal led activities and broader office design and graphic support. S/he shall be highly creative, and have a solid background in graphic design, with an ability to provide a balance between working closely with teams, and being self-directed. The role is varied, and the successful candidate will be driven to establish this interesting and exciting position within the firm. S/he shall be proficient in multiple graphics programs including but not limited to the following programs; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Docs, Excel, PowerPoint, Pages and Keynote.

 

The range of tasks will typically include the following:

  • Support our publications, awards, design competition and exhibition program.
  • Organize and track awards and competitions applications and success. Prepare graphic content necessary to support these entries.
  • Prepare content and graphics for posters, exhibitions and lectures, that express the design philosophy of the firm.
  • Marketing material for interviews and project lead inquiries.
  • Produce high quality layouts and coordinate content and deadlines with responsible parties.
  • Provide graphics support for project teams.
  • Support teams to produce high quality presentations, reports and graphics for project meetings and presentations.
  • Environmental Graphic Design on projects.
  • Support project photography and maintain the image library.
  • Company brand and guidelines.
  • Using established brand identity, create and maintain firm collateral necessary to support marketing and project capture efforts.
  • Have the ability and talent to expand and elaborate on creative content.
  • Take a proactive role in furthering and evolving the company brand.
  • Maintain and support our website and online professional and social media platforms.
  • Ensure that the various quadrants of the company website maintain their current graphic and written content. Coordinate regularly with office leadership.

 

 

EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
