The data goes through several levels of review and analysis by our ICRI Certified staff before the report is published. IFTI seeks a Project Coordinator to assist in acquiring and retaining long-term, quality clients and optimizing profitability for the company by executing Project Coordinator Services so that clients’ needs and expectations and the company’s financial standards are met or exceeded.
This is a permanent, full time position, Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Once trained in IFTI’s Orchestrated Project Coordinator Process, you will be responsible for understanding and executing efficiently on the process.
Specifics
- Field Technicians Recruiting/Training: The Field Technicians Recruiting/ Training process begins when there is not an IFTI approved Field Technician available within a reasonable service area of an assigned project, and ends when the Project Coordinator locates a prospective Field Technician and facilitates the successful completion of IFTI's Field Technician training program.
- Project Coordinating: The Project Coordinating process begins when the Project Coordinator coordinates all assigned testing or inspection projects and maintains a relationship with each Client, and ends upon the successful submission and acceptance of the Field Technician’s moisture testing field data and/or inspection reports.
- Certified Reporting: The Certified Reporting process begins when the Project Coordinator reviews and accepts all assigned Field Technician’s moisture testing field data and/or inspection reports, and ends upon the successful production and certification of the final Certified Report.
Other duties include, but are not limited to:
- Organize, plan, and execute on assigned projects.
- Acts as the liaison between the Client’s site contact and the Field Technicians and/or Inspectors.
- Recommends, develops and implements improved systems, policies and procedures for the department and its function.
- Plans and prioritizes workday for optimum effectiveness.
- Responsible for working with Account Managers and Service Delivery Manager to service the Clients in a timely manner and to a high level of satisfaction.
- Assumes additional responsibilities and/or assignments as directed by the Service Delivery Manager.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of four years overall office related work experience, with at least one year in a customer service or related role.
- Construction and/or flooring related industry experience a plus.
- Strong computer skills and experience with entire Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
- People management experience is a plus.
- Must have excellent people, organizational and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Must be very detail oriented.
