A solid, stable business in its third generation since 1953, Dreisbach Enterprises is a Third Party Logistics provider of refrigerated warehousing logistics, transportation and distribution services. We have customers in Northern California and Texas, ranging from the San Joaquin Valley agribusiness to international cargo through Oakland…the nation’s fourth largest port, or retail distribution in the nation’s fourth largest urban center. Our customers include various food and related companies, such as Dole Fruit, Tradin Organics, Jetro Cash and Carry, Safeway and Albertsons.

We currently have over 500,000 square feet of warehouse space across three locations. We have approximately 200-250 employees.

We have recently been awarded the opportunity to build a new, 400,000 square foot facility at the Port of Oakland. We anticipate the facility to be ready for occupancy in late 2017. At that time, we will be the only on-dock refrigerated facility in California. This new facility will add up to 200 new employees to our company. We seek a Human Resources Generalist to support our HR department for this expansive growth.

Dreisbach is a non-corporate, warehouse employee environment, with a small, closely-knit management team of long tenure. There are opportunities for growth, and there are attractive challenges along the way. Dreisbach cares deeply about its employees, their safety, input, and job satisfaction, and the company seeks an HR Generalist with similar compassions. Our employees are critical to our success, and we want to empower them in their jobs, while continuing to be a great place to work as we grow.
