LOCATION: San Francisco, CA (office in North Beach) - Our job sites are across the Bay area, and we welcome candidates for most positions from any location where they can reach the Bay Area.

We have been working on projects in the Bay area for roughly 8 years and recently opened an office in San Francisco to put down permanent roots. Our primary focus is on the Seattle and San Francisco markets where we have a full calendar of projects. We invite you to join our growing team to do the most exciting projects of your career.

We are recruiting for all bags-on positions: Laborer, Apprentice Carpenter, Journeyman Carpenter, Lead Carpenter, Foreman. Each of these roles are hourly and eligible for over-time. In these roles, only basic hand tools are needed as KJ supplies all power tools and PPE. Post offer, a pre-employment HPE is required to ensure the new hire is physically able to do the job. The starting compensation ranges from $20-50 per hour depending on the position, relevant experience, skill level and responsibilities.
We are also recruiting for most bags-off positions: Assistant Project Manager, Project Engineer, Project Manager and Superintendent. The starting salary for these exempt roles ranges from $65k to $130k depending on position, relevant experience, skill level and responsibilities.
