POSITION TITLE: Structural Engineer

Founded in 1987, The Company is a Structural Engineering and Architecture Firm where dedicated Structural Engineers and Architects collaborate to create solutions to client needs, in an integrated environment. The Company is one of a handful of medium-sized firms that combines architecture and structural engineering in its daily practice; placing equal emphasis on structural and architectural elements of work, in a truly integrated daily practice. The firm also differs from all architectural practices that simply retain in-house engineering, to support and service an architectural practice. Engineers and Architects are equal participants on projects, and often the Engineers lead the Architectural work, as well. Every professional in the firm is LEED accredited.

The Company's projects include significant completed major projects, in multiple western states and internationally in Asia and the Middle East. The Company maintains high levels of technical capabilities and extensive experience in major building types; both in design of new facilities, and retrofits of existing facilities. Continual weekly training is an on-going part of the firm's operations. The Company has weathered the economic storms over the years, and to date, the firm has always been very busy and profitable, and continues to be so, even with the current declines in various markets. Examples of current projects are the new Airport Connector, a local Veterans' Home retrofit, and more.

Due to continued growth from both new and repeat clients, The Company is adding to their engineering talent, and seeks to hire an experienced senior Structural Engineer, to grow with the company and lead new projects.
